Hi. We moved again.
Well, we're back online. We moved last week AGAIN! Hahaha It's like a joke now. We've been married for about 6 years and we're ashamed to say that this is the NINTH place that we've lived!!! Hahaha We weren't planning on moving, but two weeks ago our apartment manager told us that one of the newer apartments was available and asked us if we wanted to move in. It's 20 years newer (which means that it's in much better condition in addition to having much better utility bills), it has a dishwasher, it's a little bigger, it's an upstairs unit, it's in a very kid friendly area, and it's practically across the street from the other apartment so it's in the same ward. It's a little more a month, but it actually won't cost us more because of the difference in utilities. So we said yes and took a week to move in. It was a really weird move. We didn't pack up any boxes. We walked our stuff over and just slowly moved from one apartment to the other, and now we're just LOVING our new place! It's the little things. Having a dishwasher makes a HUGE difference! More closet space and a bigger master bedroom makes us less squished. We have 3 times more counter space in the kitchen and the washer and dryer are in the bathroom instead of the kitchen. We actually can take a hot shower! In our other place the water would only get mildly hot for about 2 minutes and then it quickly went from luke warm to cold. No exaggerations. It sucked to shower! There are 2 other families in our building with kids Keira's age and Garrett's age, as opposed to the other place that was newlyweds, so the kids are out playing in the yard a lot more then they used to, even when it's cold. It's just amazing how all these little things that we were going without before add up to a lot of happiness! :) Oh, how I love dishwashers!!! I save at least an hour a day every day! :) We've been really happy with this new move! I think it will even make a big difference to me when Richard's gone this summer.

Enjoy. But don't think you're too weird. Such is the life of young marrieds. When we'd been married six years we'd lived in a Provo apartment, moved to Orem near Red Lobster, then moved a few block s to a house west of the mall, then Arizona in a trailer, then Auburn, Calif. in the city, then to Fisher Drive in Auburn, then Saudi Arabia, then Auburn Greens, then Shirland Track and finally the house on Welty Lane that I built. That was 10 houses/apts/trailer in 6 years, in three states and two countries. So you come by it naturally and by circumstance.
You guys are doing great and your kids are terrific.
Dad
Oh happy day!! What a smart move:)
