Baby steps is progress!

Not much to report, but there is a little.

We heard from the bank that they've gone ahead and delayed the auction!!!  It's set to go to auction at the end of the month, now, but as long as we're still working on things it'll keep getting delayed.  The bank also did their BPO (appraisal) last week, and so now we're waiting to hear back about the results and if they accept our offer.  This is really good news, because from what I understand the long wait on short sales comes from waiting to hear back from the bank at all.  

Also, Richard started his job last week!  He's just been training, but so far he's enjoying it!  Yea!!!
