Bear Lake Family Reunion 2012!

We just got back from our annual Bear Lake reunion with the Stoddard side of the family, and it was wonderful!  We were very back and forth on whether we were gonna go, up until the day before.  With this crazy pregnancy we weren't sure it was wise to go 3 hours away from my hospital, and kept debating whether it would be more relaxing or more stressful to go.  In the end we decided to risk it and boy am I glad that we did!  It ended up being more relaxing and less work then being home!  Although, it did make me more tired than normal, relieving some stress and letting the kids and Richard have some fun outweighed the fatigue (especially because it didn't add on pain).  I look forward to a good night's sleep tonight, but I'm sad to be home and back to reality.

Here's a picture recap:

Nat provided lots of yummy snacks down by the water.
Good thing there was a lake to wash that face and shirt off in!

Libby, enjoying some beach time.
I'm SO glad we got life jackets before we went this time!
It was such a load off to see them in the water with life jackets on!

Keira spent a good portion of the time there in this tube with Brynne or Porter.

Our own private beach, just a short walk from the condo (in the background).
I spent most of my time parked on a chair eating, reading, socializing, and watching the kids and Richard play.
 It was a wonderful break!

The kids had a blast on the paddle boat, the wave runners, the tubes, or just swimming in the shallow water with their life jackets keeping them afloat!  Libby took a nap in the paddle boat one day and in the tube the next.  Fun times!

Richard and Porter.
What a peaceful, relaxing setting!

Peanut Butter bars!  Yum!

Jeff, taking Grams out for a ride on the wave runner.
What an amazing woman!  Almost 90 years old and still going strong!

Richard, playing Batman with Garrett.
Garrett was laughing until he couldn't breath over and over again!
