Closing Date

Yesterday was a very awesome day!  Best one of the year!  We got our tax return, and then the bank sent over the papers accepting the offer (before it was just a verbal acceptance), and with the papers the bank requested that we set the closing date for 2 weeks from now!  We asked our loan officer if that was possible and he said he/we could do it, and our realtor who has worked with him for 5 years said he has always gotten things done when he says he will!  SO... our closing date is March 18th, but with everyone shooting for March 11th it's likely we'll close sooner then our closing date!  Wahoo!!!!  House, here we come!!!!!!!
